Curator of the Eric Young Orchid Foundation

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Curator to lead our organisation, maintain our standards of horticultural excellence and foster a thriving environment for our staff and orchid collection.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our orchid collection.
Lead and inspire a team to design and execute exciting exhibits in the visitor display house and for the
international orchid shows.
Manage the foundation's budget and logistics for both plants and staff.
Represent EYOF at public and private events, enhancing our visibility and reputation.
Report to the board on a quarterly basis, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management, preferably within a botanical or horticultural setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
