Cafe Assistant/ Cafe Manager

We are looking for a friendly Front of House member of our team for our busy cafe.
The successful applicant must enjoy a busy environment and interacting with our customers. We are a small team and all get stuck in and help each other.
Progression to management is available for the right person.
We are known for the quality of our coffee and barista training will form a significant part of the role.

Hours and salary:
Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of Weds-Fri 8 - 2.30 during term time, with flexibility around additional hours up to Wednesday-Sunday 8-4.30 term & holidays.
We offer full, paid training, a competitive wage plus tips & meals.
There is a possibility of subsidised accommodation next year.
