Lobby Host

The role of a Door person is to work as part of the front office team, and be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining Hand Picked Hotels luxury standards, consistently delivering exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
You will the main face of the hotel to all guests on arrival, greet guests, organising luggage, offering a valet service ensuring the utmost security and warmest of welcomes at all times.
Assisting with any guests requests whenever required, making thoughtful and knowledgeable recommendations, tailored to the individual guests.
Previous experience working in a guest facing role, ideally with a 4/5-star luxury hotel.
You will be a local Jersey resident, with an extensive knowledge of the island, tourist attractions, restaurants and local events happening in the area.
