Night Team Leader

As a member of the St Ewold’s Management Team, this role is to provide leadership and supervision to the Personal Care staff within St Ewold’s Care Home and/or undertake broader responsibilities to support the effective, efficient and compliant running of the Home.

We are looking for people who are naturally compassionate and passionate about caring for older people. You could help us deliver exceptional care by looking after our care home residents, treating them like members of your own family.

Our Night Team Leaders work 24 hours a week across night shifts and are committed to the wellbeing of each resident, looking after any complex needs with real sensitivity.

This position attracts a starting salary of £23,042.22 per annum, (plus £640.06 per month - night shift allowance) which is equal to £24.52 per hour.
