We are an established busy Chinese restaurant/takeaway business based in the heart of St Helier and are looking for an experienced Wok Chef to join our team. The Wok Chef is required to provide quality Oriental cuisines to our guests and to maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times.

Requirements

Expertise in Wok/Chinese cuisines cooking
Certificate of Level 1 & 2 Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP (though training given)
Good English
A flexible attitude
Enthusiastic about food and hospitality industry
Team player
