Principle Activities

To use a person-centred and flexible approach in order to meet the wide ranging needs of the residents. To strive to deliver care excellence and ensure that residents are empowered and motivated to develop their daily living skills to achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for both our clients and yourself.

Principle Duties:

Provision of high quality person-centred care
To work as part of a care team providing a service to meet the highest regulatory standards
To support the residents with their drug/alcohol recovery
To ensure that residents are supported in line with their care plans in order to enhance their daily living skills
To be aware of any deterioration in physical or mental health of the residents
To respect dignity & privacy at all times
