Hotel Resesrvationist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Reservations team. We are looking to recruit someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in reservations within a 4/5 star hotel environment

An ability to communicate clearly and accurately in English is essential. Candidates must be able to work as a part of the team in order to achieve budgeted targets however they should also show an ability to take responsibility and show initiative when required.

A confident telephone manner with an ability to explain options and packages clearly to customers is important. You must be computer literate, efficient with emails and previous experience of Protel would be beneficial, although training will be provided.

The position requires shift & weekend work.
