Part Time Nursery Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our team part time.

What we’re looking for
Experience within a nursery leadership role (ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager or similar)
Strong knowledge and understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding, and local registration requirements for working with children.
Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to build strong working relationships with your staff team, parents and external partners.

What you’ll be doing
Assisting in the day-to-day management of the nursery, including quality improvement, administration, adhering to policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all legislation.
Lead the team to ensure the highest quality practice .
Support staff supervisions, training, inductions, and assistance with recruitment.
Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead at the nursery.
