Deputy Manager

Ronceray are seeking to employ a clinical lead / deputy manager to join the team The successful candidate should be experienced in working with those who have dementia however, not essential as training will be provided. You will oversee the delivery of quality care to residents in line with the Care Home’s standards as set out by the JCC. An in-depth Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of daily living is essential. Excellent communication in both verbal and written English is essential, together with a kind, empathetic, compassionate approachable nature..
