Manager, Real Estate

CSC is a leading, privately-owned, financial services provider with a presence of over 300 people in our Jersey office. Our Real Estate team seeks a Manager in Jersey to oversee a team and their client portfolios and manage complex real estate structures across various sectors, including office, retail, and residential.

Key responsibilities include ensuring statutory compliance, managing client relationships, maintaining service standards, and conducting client meetings. The role involves team leadership, supporting junior staff development, and contributing to business growth initiatives, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Ideal candidates are ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified, have in-depth knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance, strong management skills, and experience in real estate or fiduciary administration.
