Slomans have an exciting, newly created position for a Property Management & Lettings Administrator to join our busy team. This part time role covers all aspects of Property Management and Lettings from dealing with invoices and property maintenance to viewings, property inspections and leases. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a can do attitude and ability to work well in a small team. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, IT literacy and experience in Excel is essential. Property experience is helpful but not essential. Five years residency required.
Monday - Friday 25 hours per week.
