Housekeeping Supervisor

Hotel de Normandie is hiring an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role

Responsibilities:

-Assist and support our Head Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations.
-Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure top standards.
-Train, mentor, and guide the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
-Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met.
-Oversee inventory and manage supplies efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
