Manager - Assurance and Advisory Department

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious manager to join the growing audit department at Baker Tilly Channel Islands, the CI member firm of Baker Tilly international.

You will be responsible for managing multiple audit client engagements as well as managing the client relationships. You will review engagement files and provide on-the-job training and direction to your engagement staff to ensure quality standards are achieved.

We are looking for someone who wants to take an active role in growing the business. As a member of our team you will be involved in a variety of business activities including recruitment, strategy days and business development. There is also the opportunity to be an owner of this business in the future and that path is clearly defined, right through to an assisted purchase in the equity for the right person.
