Fitness Manager

Are you our next Fitness Manager? We’re looking for a passionate fitness manager to lead our fitness team who is level 3 qualified

You will be managing the class timetable, teaching classes and ensuring consistency across classes taught by the team and run ongoing training of your team members.

As well as ensuring other team members adhere to policies and procedures

Key responsibilities:
Recruit, and support PTs and GX instructors to build a successful business within the club.
Ensure visibility of the fitness team on the gym floor
Own the new member journey through high quality onboarding sessions
Equipment maintenance and escalation process
Always comply with company policies and procedures.
Arranging class cover and instructor invoices

Including a bonus Scheme based on club performance and individual KPIs.
