Operations Manager

We require an Operations Manager to join our business to oversee the launch and running of our new Domino's Pizza store. Sitting above the existing store management team, the individual will report directly into the business owners.

The role requires the successful applicant to manage the business efficiently and profitably whilst maintaining high levels of operational standards as laid down by Domino’s Pizza and partners.

Setting the agenda for the business is seen as a key requirement as well as formulating strategies for continuous improvement across all KPI's.

Applicants must have at least 5 years experience of working within an existing Domino's Pizza franchise at a senior management level. Financial knowledge is key as are people management skills. You will be working closely with the existing management team and expected to be an excellent team player.
