Level 2 Health Care Assistant

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated Health Care Assistants (HCA) to join our growing team. As an HCA, you will play an integral role in delivering personalised care to individuals, working in a variety of settings including residential homes, supported living, and community care. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about care.

Qualifications & Experience:

Level 2, or 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) or equivalent is preferred.

Experience in health or social care is an advantage, but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude with the ability to respect clients' dignity and privacy.
Ability to work well within a team and on your own initiative.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
