Support Worker / Training Instructor

At Lifeline Care Group, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients while also investing in the professional development of our team. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team for 25 hours per week. In addition to providing support to those in need, you will have the opportunity to receive 10 hours of weekly training in Mental Health, First Aid, and various care qualifications to further enhance your skill set and grow within the care industry.

Ideal Candidate:
A compassionate and empathetic individual with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Previous experience in care or support work is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
An eagerness to learn and develop your professional skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
