Health Care Assistants / Support Worker

As a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living. You will help service users maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being while supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. This role involves working closely with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.


Desirable Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).

Experience working in a residential or community mental health setting.

Training in de-escalation techniques, suicide prevention, or trauma-informed care.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (if applicable).
