Maintaining security at the entrance of the premises
Checking IDs and denying entry to unauthorised individuals
Responding to incidents and emergencies
Handling difficult or hostile individuals
Monitoring and reporting on crowd control and behaviour
Working environment and schedule
Physical fitness and ability to handle confrontations
Well-organised and presence of mind
Handling all forms of emergencies
Cooperating with first aiders, management and police
Managing crowds and queues
Patrolling inside and outside the venue
Ensuring people keep to the dress code
