Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Lead Nurse for Community Services, with specialist palliative care knowledge and skills, and experience of working in the community and managing teams.
The post holder will provide an expert level of operational management and professional leadership to the workforce within the Community Palliative Care Team, the Living Well Team and the Bereavement and Emotional Support Team.
The ideal candidate will have substantial post registration community palliative care experience, substantial experience of team leadership and management, hold a non-medical prescribing qualification and clinical governance / quality assurance training.
