We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager at The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
As the Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation including the Restaurant & Conference & Banqueting departments, taking responsibility for ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered.
Managing, supporting and guiding our vibrant and diverse team to ensure they create magical memories for all of our guests, every time. Previous Food & Beverage management experience within a multi outlet 4/5 Star luxury Hotel is required for this role.
Experienced in effectively managing large scale conferences, banqueting events and weddings.
Having excellent knowledge of wine, where you are confident to offer wine pairings. A competitive salary package plus a share of service charge. Full time role.
