Health Care Assistants - Les Charrieres

Les Charrieres Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant, to join the team & be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a team to provide high-quality care
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- To carry out tasks in a way that demonstrates respect for dignity & privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
