We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team.
This role combines administrative office duties with a focus on QuickBooks, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the
field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones and managing emails.
• Input and manage timesheets accurately.
• Assist with office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Utilise QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.
• Assist with payroll administration.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an accounting role.
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
