Seasonal Chef

We are looking for a talented and passionate Seasonal Chef to join our kitchen team at Sumas. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating delicious dishes and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with our menu and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and hygiene.
- Assist in menu planning and the creation of new seasonal dishes.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a chef role.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge preferred but not essential.
