Data Rotation Programme - Trainee

What is the opportunity?

An exciting opportunity to launch their career working in the Data Strategy Office at RBC. Initially this will be a 24 month rotational programme through 4 of the key data areas: Data Governance & Culture, Data Analytics, Strategic Initiatives and Data Management & Quality.

The Data Strategy Office focuses on ensuring that Wealth Management Europe (WME) data is understood and reliable, to enable innovation and better business insights. They will discover the end-to-end data journey at RBC, from defining our data to producing an interactive dashboard for users across WME. Across the four areas they will be able to learn about how RBC are working towards a modern culture of data. This programme will provide an opportunity to understand how data is interrogated to answer key questions from product and functional areas.
