Customer Service Manager

AFM are recruiting a Customer Service Manager to manage the customer service team and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality service to internal and external customers, they will oversee the day to day planned and unplanned activity making sure issues are managed and resolved effectively. They will ensure that duties are performed in a proficient and efficient manner ensuring contractual obligations and client expectations are achieved.
