Boutique Manager - 21 hours per week

Autism Jersey are looking for a Manager for their Boutique in the Parade, St. Helier..

Supported by two part time Assistant Managers and a team of volunteers, the postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the charity shop to maintain a high level of customer service and maximise revenue.

The postholder will work collaboratively with the Assistant Managers, and Head of Charitable Services. Lead, manage, develop and train volunteers, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.

Desirable:
Previous experience in retail
Supervisory and/or team management experience
Proficient in reconciling and handling banking monies.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel etc
