Head of Processing

Northern Leaf Plc is a leader in the European medical cannabis industry, committed to producing high-quality cannabis products. We are seeking a Head of Production to oversee the post-harvest processing operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Jersey. In this role, you will manage a skilled processing team, and ensure efficient, compliant production operations. You will be responsible for meeting quality standards, optimising productivity, and ensuring adherence to GMP standards.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in cannabis or botanical processing (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GMP/GDP, software tracking systems, and inventory management.
- A science-related background and university degree are preferred.
