Compliance Senior officer

Undertake Compliance and AML/CPF/CFT monitoring for client entities.

Ensure that monitoring is undertaken using relevant checklists and in accordance with the relevant CMP where appropriate.

Assist with Development and maintenance of the CMP and regulatory monitoring schedule.

Monitor JFSC regulatory developments together with any changes in Jersey legislation that could impact client regulated entities and assist with recommending monitoring controls to prevent or manage regulatory risk.

Ensure that monitoring and associated documents are undertaken in a timely manner in accordance with relevant timetables.

Provide and assist with managing timely responses to internal and external auditors.
