Wine Waiter

Join The Atlantic Hotel as a Wine Waiter and work with an award-winning wine list curated to complement our exceptional dining. Under our Head Sommelier—one of the UK’s top 40—you’ll gain hands-on training in fine wine service, food pairing, and guest engagement. This is a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in a prestigious setting with outstanding wines and expert guidance.

Main Duties:
-Assist in wine service and sales
-Restock and check deliveries
-Maintain wine areas and equipment
-Ensure accurate list info
-Complete mise-en-place
-Deliver high-quality service
-Upsell wines
-Liaise with Head Sommelier
-Work with sommelier and restaurant teams

Seasonal Duties:
- Between October and April, duties will change to include general restaurant or bar service duties
