Level 2 Support Worker / Health Care Assistant

Lifeline Care Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Level 2 Support Workers / Health Care Assistants to join our growing team. We provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and within the community, ensuring dignity, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication support

Promote independence and well-being while delivering compassionate care

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) or equivalent qualification

Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)

A caring and empathetic nature with strong communication skills
