Supervisor, DNFBP/NPO/VASP

Working within a team of Supervisors, you’ll be responsible for helping businesses comply with the regulatory and financial crime framework and to effectively demonstrate achievement of the JFSC’s objectives, ensuring Jersey is a well-regulated International Finance Centre. You will contribute to delivering the following outcomes:
›Effective delivery of the supervision of businesses in line with the agreed risk-based approach, centred on risk mitigation, and in line with regulatory and financial crime requirements.
›Effective utilisation of the risk model when identifying escalating levels of risk, with appropriate follow up action being demonstrated.
Delivery of activities is completed in line with agreed processes, SLA’s and KPI’s for quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
