Position: 2x Full-Time Gardeners
Location: Silver Springs Care Home
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of plants, flowers, and trees for various seasons and climates.
Proficient with garden tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining well-kept outdoor spaces.

Desirable:
Horticulture qualification or equivalent
