Seasonal Animal Care Assistant (Wildlife)

We’re looking for a seasonal Animal Care Assistant to join our small and dedicated team who look after wildlife and domestic animals. The team are responsible for the daily feeding, cleaning, medication, and rehabilitation of each animal in their care.

This is a busy and varied role caring for a variety of birds, from garden birds to birds of prey, as well as reptiles and small animals such as rodents, and everyone’s favourite, squirrels!

The team work across a rota to ensure cover is available 7 days a week, therefore you be required to work over weekend work. During the busy fledgeling season, you may be required to work outside of normal office hours.

Training will be provided by experienced members of the team, but experience with and a love of animals will be a distinct advantage.
