As our HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our teams, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and enhancing employee engagement. Based in Jersey, you will work closely with our HRBP and managers, offering strategic HR advice and hands-on support, including payroll and HR coordination. Travel to other DFDS sites like Portsmouth, Poole, and Dover will be required. Responsibilities:
Provide expert HR guidance on performance, development, and compliance.
Manage employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE).
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with employment law.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
