We are looking for a passionate breakfast/brunch/lunch chef to join us ahead of another busy summer season! Must have experience of fast paced a la carte environments. A passion for colorful plates, and an interest in top presentation and flavour is a must. You'll work as part of a team of eight during the day, but lead on breakfast and be able to operate on your own during quieter periods.
