Senior Spa Therapist

As a senior spa therapist at Spa Sirene, you will not only provide excellent treatments but also lead by example, support staff & act as a point of contact in the absence of management.
• Delivering a range of high-quality spa and beauty treatments tailored to client needs.
• Lead by example in all aspects of professional conduct, including personal grooming, punctuality, time management and consistency in treatment delivery and meeting retail and performance targets.
• Mentor and support therapists in treatment protocols, product knowledge, and training to aid professional development.
• Assist with reception duties when required, including booking appointments, answering queries and managing client expectations.
• Support management by overseeing daily operations in their absence.
• Uphold health, safety & hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
