The Best Start Partnership
The Best Start Partnership is a single body which brings together the voices of children and families with local representatives from the public, private, community and voluntary sectors.
They:
represent the interests of children in the development, implementation and evaluation of government strategies and policies
provide strategic leadership across government departments and partner agencies to ensure that early years and childhood policy is co-ordinated, resource allocation is effectively prioritised and high quality practice is embedded across services and organisations
guide and oversee delivery plans for relevant outcomes and have an active role in implementation

50 things to do before you're five is a free app which everyone in Jersey can download. The app includes 50 fun, low cost or free activities that help promote positive health and wellbeing habits with your child.
The activities support early child development, promote language and communication, physical activity and outdoor play.
Each of the 50 activities are supported by top tips, local links, stories to share and guidance on how activities can be adapted if you have a child with special educational needs or a disability.
The app is funding by the Best Start Partnership.
