About the consultation
We would like your comments on the proposed plans to build a boardwalk over the French Harbour.
The walking and cycling path alongside the harbour has two gaps. They are at the English and French Harbours. Crossing the road at these two areas is dangerous and we are working on plans to join all the paths together.
At the English Harbour we are going to build a 1.8m pedestrian and cycle path behind the harbour wall.
The areas around the French Harbour can't be altered.
The proposed boardwalk, which will span over the harbour, offers the best solution. It will be supported by columns on the slipway, which would still allow vehicles to park there.
The plans and feed back questionnaires will be at the St Helier Yacht Club after the drop-in (see below) until Wednesday 8 March.
