About the consultation
Limited liability partnerships are common in many jurisdictions.
Jersey has a law allowing businesses to set themselves up as limited liability partnerships.
A new draft law has been prepared that would improve the existing law.
The aim of this consultation is to invite comments on the proposed new Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 201- and the Limited Liability Partnerships (Dissolution and Winding Up, etc) (Jersey) Regulations 201- before they are submitted for debate.
You can find the consultation document and draft laws below.
