About the consultation

The Minister for the Department of the Environment has received an application for a waste management licence WML035. If granted, the waste management licence will authorise the treatment and recovery of controlled waste by means of mechanical plant.

Any person who wishes to comment on the application should do so in writing to the Minister at the address or e-mail below.

The Minister will provide the applicant with copies of all comments. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Minister within 14 days of receipt of the copies.
