Water Resources Abstraction Licence Application - Hi-Ho Growers Ltd

About the consultation

The Regulator has received a water resources abstraction licence application from Hi-Ho Growers Ltd. If granted, the licence will authorise the following:

Ref: L074
Water abstraction from a temporary impoundment on a stream in Field S809, Bagot Manor Avenue, St Saviour. The licensed quantity is not to exceed 460 cubic metres (approximately 101,200 gallons) in any 24 hour period.

Any person who wishes to comment on the application should do so in writing to the Regulator at the address or e-mail below, before the deadline of 10 May 2017. Copies of representations received will be passed to the applicant and will be published online. The applicant will have the right of reply to any representations. 

The Regulator will provide the applicant with copies of all comments. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Regulator within 14 days of receipt of the copies. Any representations will also be published online.
 
No decisions will be made by the Regulator until the time limits for making comments have elapsed.
