The Management in Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016 came into force on 1 October 2016.
Copies of the guidance are now available to collect from the Social Security Department, or on request from the Health and Safety Inspectorate.
The Regulations set out a number of detailed requirements for ensuring health and safety throughout the whole construction process, from initial design through the construction phase to eventual demolition of the building or structure.
