Jersey Safety Council Chairman reappointed

The States Assembly, on the recommendation of the Minister for Social Security agreed to the reappointment of Paul Richardson as Chairman of the Jersey Safety Council.

Paul Richardson has chaired the Council, an honorary position, since 1 July 2010. The three year term of office, will take effect from 1 July 2016.

The Jersey Safety Council is an independent body set up by the States of Jersey to promote the health and safety of workers, and others affected by work activities, in the Island.
