The number of HMP La Moye inmates who have applied for early release since 2010:

  • a breakdown of those applications year by year
  • the number of successful applications by inmates at HMP La Moye for early release since 2010
  • a breakdown of those successful applications year by year
  • guidelines as to when an inmate can apply for early release

Response

In considering this request the term ‘early release’ has been interpreted to mean any prisoner released under the Prison’s temporary release rule. The Prison do not have the authority to release any prisoner early from their sentence or interfere with the sentence handed down by the courts.
