Media training for Ministers (FOI)

Since the current Council of Ministers were elected in 2014, can you please provide the details of all media training they have each received, including the dates of these training sessions, who led the training and how much it cost?

Response

The Social Security Minister has received media training at a cost of £2,394. We are unable to supply details about who provided the training as it is exempt under Article 33 (b) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

Article 33 - Commercial interests

Information is qualified exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes a trade secret; or

(b) its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of a person (including the scheduled public authority holding the information).
