How many drivers have been prosecuted or cautioned at parish hall level or by the police for the offense of driving whilst holding / using a mobile phone and how much were they fined and how many were cautioned?
How many Did Not receive a fine? Date, January 1st 2014 to November 1st 2016.

The below table shows the disposal at Magistrate’s court or a parish hall for each offence of using/holding a mobile phone whilst driving.
The police records system produces results on numeric and alphabetical order. Those results where an offence incurs a fine or a term of imprisonment would have been sentences handed out at the Magistrate’s court. All other disposals, fine or caution etc, would have been heard at parish hall.
