Can you please provide a breakdown of: The number of incidents year by year, Age of people involved in incidents.

The Motor Traffic (Jersey) Law 1935 is the relevant legislation surrounding the use of vehicles as Public Service Vehicles. 

This legislation is not intended to stop people giving lifts, but to regulate the practice when carried out as a business.

The States Police have not been called to any incidents by any driver or passenger to date.

B and C

To date, no arrests have been made nor have any prosecutions been brought against any driver or passenger as no offences have been disclosed.
