I last contacted you in December 2016 to request a copy of your latest formulary which you kindly responded to (Formulary document dated November 2016)

Has the formulary updated since November 2016? If so, please can you send me a copy? If it hasn’t been updated, please can you clarify when the emollients formulary is next due for review?

Response

The hospital formulary has not been updated since November 2016. There are no current plans to review the emollients formulary as this was reviewed in conjunction with primary care prior to the publication of the November 2016 formulary.
