The purpose of the joint part-time rank ie., rank taxis and private hire cabs, reduces the queuing time at the Weighbridge at peak times and offers an alternative to the public, ensuring private hire cabs can collect their passengers in a designated area.
This part-time rank has assisted in ensuring customers can return home in a more timely and orderly fashion.
